Blue Line Search Group is seeking a Pain Management Physician to join one of Northeast Ohio's leading independent practices. You will build a robust patient panel, collaborate with a physician-led team, and position yourself for partnership and ownership over time.

In this role you will conduct new patient consultations, guide interventional procedures at a modern ambulatory surgery center, mentor staff, and help grow referral networks across multiple locations while thriving in a high-volume,

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Board certification or eligibility in Pain Management.
• Fellowship training in Interventional Pain Management.
• Ohio medical licensure eligibility.
• Current DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new patient consultations and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Perform interventional pain procedures in a modern ambulatory surgery center.
• Make clinical decisions supported by a skilled team of advanced practice providers.
• Build patient relationships and grow referral networks across multiple practice locations.
• Collaborate with colleagues in a high-volume, supportive environment.
• Mentor staff and contribute to practice operations and strategy.
