Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a Physician Assistant for pain management in Arizona. The PA will diagnose and treat patients under physician supervision, managing a typical 28–32 patient day, while adhering to state laws and maintaining EMR documentation.

Requirements include an AZ PA license, NCCPA certification, and DEA registration with CME participation; 2+ years in pain management or related fields are preferred. Monday–Friday schedule with incentive compensation options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry or health sciences.
• NCCPA certification and active physician assistant license in Arizona.
• Current DEA registration and CME to maintain license.
• 2+ years of pain management, orthopedics or neurosurgery experience.
• BLS/ACLS/PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat new and established patients under physician supervision.
• Manage a patient load of approximately 28–32 patients per day.
• Practice in accordance with state laws and regulations.
• Document care in EMR systems and maintain accurate records.
