Job summary

Clearway Pain Solutions is seeking a Medical Doctor to evaluate, diagnose and manage patients’ pain in accordance with the standard of care. You will apply multimodal treatment plans and coordinate with medical staff to deliver high-quality care.

The role requires MD/DO with Florida licensure, DEA license, and strong patient communication. You will mentor staff, ensure regulatory compliance and contribute to clinic operations and quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain current medical license in the state of practice.
• Must possess and maintain a current DEA license.
• May require ACLS and BLS certification depending on regional requirements.
• Medical Degree (MD/DO).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and customer service.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional patient service.
• Ability to work independently and in teams with clinicians and staff.
• Must follow verbal and written instructions; flexible schedule.
• Knowledge of healthcare field, terminology, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, diagnoses and manages pain issues per standard of care.
• Uses multimodal approach including medications, interventional methods, PT and bracing.
• Explains procedures and treatment goals to patients.
• Interprets tests and explains results to patients.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and complies with privacy laws.
• Liaises with other medical professionals involved in patient care.
• Oversees clinical staff and coordinates with assistants.
• Keeps up to date with medical developments.
