Job summary

Coastal Pain & Neurology Centers is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Interventional Pain Management Physician or Neurologist to join our outpatient practice in Florida. The role offers full-time, part-time, or contract arrangements with minimal or no call and no hospital rounding.

Physicians will perform a broad range of interventional pain procedures, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and collaborate with APPs, MAs, and support teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Qualifications

  • MD/DO from an accredited medical school.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine, Anesthesiology, PM&R, Neurology or related specialty.
  • Active Florida Medical License (or ability to obtain).
  • Active DEA Registration.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and diagnose acute and chronic pain conditions.
  • Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
  • Perform advanced interventional pain procedures.
  • Manage medications responsibly and in accordance with best practices.
  • Educate patients on treatment options and long-term pain management strategies.
  • Maintain timely and accurate EMR documentation.

Interventional Procedures

Physicians are expected to perform a broad range of advanced procedures, including:

  • Cervical, Thoracic & Lumbar Epidural Steroid Injections
  • Caudal & Transforaminal Epidural Injections
  • Facet Joint & Medial Branch Blocks
  • Radiofrequency Ablation (Cervical, Thoracic & Lumbar)
  • Sacroiliac Joint Injections & Minimally Invasive SI Joint Fusion
  • Small & Large Joint Injections
  • Spinal Cord Stimulator (SCS) Trials & Implants
  • Dorsal Root Ganglion (DRG) Stimulation
  • Intrathecal Pain Pump Trials & Implants
  • Minimally Invasive Lumbar Decompression (MILD)
  • Basivertebral Nerve Ablation (OptaBlate)
What You'll Do
