We are looking for an Interventional Pain Management - Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation/Anesthesiologist Physician (PM&R) to join our growing medical team full time at our busy offices in Fairhope, AL. Our state-of-the-art office is less than 30 miles southeast of Mobile on beautiful Mobile Bay. We are a multispecialty team of Physicians, PAs/NPs, Physical Therapists, Nurses, and Practitioners who collaborate to relieve pain, restore physical function, and empower our patients to enjoy their lives. Our integrated system focuses on decreasing pain and restoring function, supported by strategic leadership, infrastructure, and resources that enable evidence-based medicine in a supportive environment. We prioritize conservative pain treatments but also offer interventional procedures such as discography, epidural steroids, facet joint injections, radiofrequency ablation, spinal cord stimulators, and more to help patients regain health.

Duties:

• Conduct patient exams and evaluations, including medical history and relevant imaging/studies
• Provide direct patient care with diagnoses and treatment plans for various pain conditions
• Perform interventional procedures as necessary
• Refer patients for imaging and consultations with other specialties
• Reassess patients regularly to evaluate treatment effectiveness
• Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, post-procedure care, and lifestyle modifications
• Coordinate treatment plans with patients and team members
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) or Anesthesiology
• Fellowship trained in Interventional Pain Management
• MD or DO with an active license in AL

Compensation and Benefits:
