Job Specifics:

• OSF St. Elizabeth is seeking a Pain Clinic Physician to join a new practice.

Work Schedule: 5 days a week, open to 4 days a week.

Opportunities: Work with residents; busy and high-volume practice.

Qualifications

Required:

• Physician license (or eligibility) to practice in current state; DEA license; Illinois prescribing license if applicable.
• Board certified or eligible in relevant specialty.
• Maintain medical staff membership and privileges.
• Eligibility to participate in Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal programs.
• Meet OSF malpractice and liability coverage qualifications.

Preferred:

• Ability to provide patient-centered care aligned with patient goals and needs.
