Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a practice in Sacramento, CA, in recruiting a new Interventional Pain Management provider. The practice seeks someone to join an established team of four physicians and several APPs.

Practice Details:

• Procedure-focused role
• Practice in both clinical and ASC settings (3-4 days in clinic and 1-2 days in ASC)
• Guaranteed salary of $375,000-$400,000 based on experience
• Quarterly bonuses based on patient/procedure volumes
• Option for ASC ownership
• Full benefits
• Paid malpractice insurance or reimbursement for an existing plan
• CME allowance plus dedicated time off
• No nights or weekends; M-F schedule with optional weekend coverage
• Procedures include EMG/NCS, joint injections, trigger point injections, ultrasound-guided procedures, epidural and facet blocks/RFA, MILD, kyphoplasty, and vertiflex
• Four clinical locations: Sacramento, Roseville, Yuba City, and Folsom
