Job description

*Annual Salary: $115k-$160k (varies, depending on years of experience)*

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our client’s multidisciplinary pain management team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in pain management, with hands-on experience in trigger point injections and a working knowledge of orthopedic care.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative outpatient environment, helping patients manage acute and chronic musculoskeletal pain through evidence-based, minimally invasive therapies.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with acute and chronic pain
* Administer trigger point injections and support other interventional procedures under physician supervision
* Evaluate musculoskeletal injuries and collaborate with ortho, rehab, and physical therapy teams
* Educate patients on treatment options, medication use, and lifestyle modifications
* Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly
* Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
* Collaborate with physicians and ancillary staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care

*Qualifications:*
* Certified NP or PA with an active license in New York
* Minimum 2 years of experience in pain management or musculoskeletal medicine required
* Experience with trigger point injections is required
* Orthopedic or physiatry background strongly preferred
