Job summary

Centra Medical Group in Lynchburg, Virginia is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our Pain Medicine and Brain & Spine service line. This outpatient opportunity offers multidisciplinary collaboration in a modern facility designed to support advanced specialty care.

Responsibilities include patient evaluations and follow-up visits, treatment planning, ordering labs and imaging, pre-procedure assessments, and minor office procedures such as trigger point and joint injections.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Nursing Program with MSN.
• Minimum of five (5+) years of progressive experience in area of specialization.
• Current licensure by the Virginia State Board of Nursing as a Nurse Practitioner with prescriptive authority.
• Maintains BLS and ACLS Certifications.
• Hold a current, active license as a registered nurse in Virginia or a current multistate licensure privilege as a registered nurse.
• Nationally recognized certification in field of specialization.
