Palm Health Resources seeks a dedicated Pain Management Physician Assistant for a permanent position in Crestview, WI. The PA will evaluate patients of all ages, coordinate care with local physicians, and manage pharmacologic pain strategies in a dedicated pain management setting.

Responsibilities include performing interventional procedures under ultrasound and fluoroscopy guidance, developing new patient referrals, and assisting with implanted infusion pumps and neurostimulation trials across

• Patient consultations and follow-up evaluations
• Coordination of care with other community physicians and health care providers
• Pharmacologic management of pain and related conditions
• Spinal and peripheral interventional procedures and injections guided by ultrasound and fluoroscopy
• Eagerness to develop new patient referrals and community awareness of our services
• Trial procedures for implanted infusion pumps and neurostimulation
• Will be working with 2 Physicians and multiple NP/PA’s
• Will be working between 2 facilities within 10 minutes of each other
• Average patient load is between 10-14 patients per day
• Providing hope, compassion, and sound medical advice to our patients and our community
