Ideal candidates have 1–3+ years in pain management or personal injury, hold an active NP or PA license in Arizona, and will collaborate with physicians, chiropractors, therapists, and other clinicians to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care and accurate medical records.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted NP or PA license in Arizona.
• 1–3+ years in pain management, orthopedics, PM&R, or personal injury medicine.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and organizational skills.
• Compassionate, proactive, and dedicated to improving patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations focusing on musculoskeletal and pain-related conditions.
• Perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and assist in creating care plans.
• Administer or assist with therapeutic injections and other interventional procedures (scope of practice dependent).
• Collaborate with physicians, chiropractors, therapists, and team members for coordinated care.
• Document all patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records.
• Educate patients about diagnosis, treatment options, and rehabilitation goals.
