Arizona Pain is seeking a proactive Medical Assistant to support our busy pain management clinic. You will prepare patients, document visits, assist with procedures, and help keep the clinic running smoothly.

You will record histories, schedule appointments, draw blood, check vitals, and administer IM injections in a fast-paced EMR environment. We value detail, collaboration, and patient care.

Qualifications

• Experience with EMR systems and charting
• Ability to draw blood and perform injections
• Comfort in a fast-paced clinic environment
• Detail-oriented and collaborative patient care

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and document visits for physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants
• Prepare and stock medical rooms and supplies
• Assist with procedures and injections
• Chart in EMR system
• Scribe for providers as needed
• Handle scans, faxes, and document transmission
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Maintain clinic flow and room readiness
