Responsibilities include preparing charts, supporting urine drug screens, and completing clerical tasks. The role emphasizes quality care, timely communication, and teamwork within the care team.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and escort them to the exam room promptly; confirm patient identity before intake.
• Obtain and document vital signs, height, and weight in Intergy.
• Verify and update patient history as submitted through Health Assyst.
• Confirm allergies and reconcile the current medication list.
• Ensure required medications are available on-site for pill counts when applicable.
• Input patient forms into the appropriate system when required.
• Notify the provider when the patient is ready and monitor clinic signals.
• Assist providers during evaluations and clinical care as needed.
• Prepare supplies for injections and ultrasound procedures as needed.
• Document injections and draft simple notes; route for provider review.
