Job summary

Lovelace Health System seeks a Day shift, full-time Pain Management Medical Assistant (MA) in Albuquerque, NM. The MA will support patient care, handle administrative tasks, and work within a clinic-based team led by physicians or advanced practice providers.

Qualifications include high school diploma or GED, EMR familiarity, and BLS within 14 days of hire. Preferred candidates may have an Associate’s degree, CMA/RMA certification, and prior clinic experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience preferred.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer.

Responsibilities

• The Medical Assistant provides patient care and performs administrative and delegated clinical tasks in a clinic-based setting as part of a care team led by the physician or APP.
