Qualifications

• Must have excellent interpersonal communication with patients and staff.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with patient care and examination procedures.
• Experience handling EMR and administrative tasks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Preparing patients for visits: rooming, taking vitals, documenting in EMR.
• Assisting providers during exams and minor procedures.
• Processing prior authorizations and transcribing notes.
• Maintaining smooth patient flow and delivering strong customer service.
• Upholding infection control and OSHA guidelines.
