Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Current CPR certification
• 1–2 years recent clinical experience
• Positive service-oriented interpersonal and communication skills required
• Ability to assess data reflective of patient status across age groups and provide appropriate care

Responsibilities

• Assumes active role in staying informed on policy, procedure and equipment changes
• Supports implementation of clinical changes and evidence-based practices
• Tailors nursing care to the age-specific needs of patients
• Adheres to care standards reflecting professional and JCAHO guidelines

• Ensures accurate documentation and use of daily operation forms
