Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Experience in healthcare operations is a plus.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare regulations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop departmental goals aligned with the organization’s strategic plan.
• Manage staff relations, scheduling, payroll, and recruitment; oversee performance.
• Monitor budgets, regulatory compliance, contracts, and vendor relations.
• Determine needs for systems/equipment purchases and manage stock.
• Foster an environment that supports professional growth and continuum of care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
