Job summary

Trinity Health is hiring an RN for the Pain Clinic. The role focuses on multidisciplinary pain management in a fast-paced ambulatory setting across Canton, Brighton, and Ann Arbor campuses.

You will assess patients holistically, develop individualized care plans, educate patients and families, and collaborate with an inter-professional team to achieve positive outcomes. The position requires a BSN or commitment to obtain it within five years and current Michigan RN licensure.

Qualifications

• Graduation from accredited nursing program.
• BSN within 5 years or agreement to obtain.
• Current Michigan Nursing License REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• View patient holistically; assess physical, psychosocial, emotional and spiritual needs.
• Gather and analyze patient information; respond with appropriate interventions.
• Develop and revise care plans using evidence-based standards.
• Educate patients and families; use teach-back to ensure understanding.
• Collaborate with inter-professional team to improve patient outcomes.
• Communicate patient status, goals and interventions clearly to staff.
• Prioritize tasks and delegate appropriately; manage workload efficiently.
• Support unit safety, use resources wisely and participate in rounds.
