Job summary

3M HEALTHCARE is seeking a staff RN to join our hospital-based team, offering a multidisciplinary setting to apply specialized nursing care and advance patient outcomes. The role supports a dynamic environment with evolving patient needs and schedules.

The position requires a BSN, WA RN license, BLS, and facility-specific certifications. You will coordinate care, apply nursing processes, and partner with the care team to enhance quality, experience, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or obtained within five (5) years from the initial date of hire.
RN license in Washington State or multi-state licensure endorsement (MSL).
Current BLS Certification.
ACLS or NALS or PALS or TNCC or NRP certification, as required by facility or department.
15+ years of service or internal candidates hired before January 1, 2021 may be considered in satisfaction of this requirement in lieu of an education agreement.
One (1) year of experience in acute care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis.
Deliver nursing care using the nursing process according to hospital policies, procedures and protocols.
Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience and cost reduction.
Foster a learning environment for patients/families, nursing staff and health care team members.
Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting autonomy, dignity and health of patients from diverse backgrounds.
