Job summary

The position requires a WA RN license (or multi-state endorsement), a Bachelor's in Nursing, BLS, and preferred MSN/PhD/DNP. ACLS/PALS/MNCS certifications may be required by the department, with 1 year of acute care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license in WA or multi-state endorsement
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or within five years of hire date for eligibility
• Advanced degree in Nursing preferred
• Current BLS Certification required
• ACLS/NALS/PALS/TNCC/NRP certifications as required by facility/department
• 1 year of acute care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating continuously
• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process per hospital policies and protocols
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience and cost reduction
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families, staff and health care team
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care respecting diverse patient backgrounds
