Truck Bodies & Equipment International (TBEI), a leading manufacturer of dump bodies and trailers, offers a fully paid Welding School where you'll be paid to learn welding. The program lasts about 2 weeks (80 hours) with no experience required.

After successful completion, you’ll start as a Welder at $22/hour, followed by quarterly increases and an annual merit review. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, disability, PTO, and recognition programs.

Qualifications

• No experience required to enroll in welding school.
• Program typically 80 hours (about 2 weeks).
• You will be paid $16 per hour while learning to weld.

• Quarterly pay increases until reaching the professional pay level.
• Annual merit review and increase program.
