Truck Bodies & Equipment International (TBEI), a subsidiary of Federal Signal Corporation, offers a fully paid Welding School where you learn to weld while being paid. No prior experience is required, and after completing an 80-hour program with an AWS Certified Inspector, you may receive a promotion to a Welder with starting pay of $22 per hour.

Full-time benefits include medical, dental and more. During the school you are paid $16 per hour, with merit-based raises after joining the full-time

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• 80 hours (2 weeks) welding school taught by AWS Certified Weld Inspector.
• Successful weld demo leads to Welder promotion.
