TBEI, Inc. (Truck Bodies & Equipment International), a Federal Signal Corporation company, offers a fully paid Welding School where you’ll be paid to learn to weld. No experience required.

The program lasts about 80 hours (2 weeks). During school you earn $16 per hour; upon successful weld demo you’re offered a Welder position with starting pay of $22 per hour, plus quarterly increases and an annual merit review.

Qualifications

• No experience required to enroll in the welding school.
• Program runs about 80 hours over two weeks.
• During training, you are paid $16 per hour.
• After completion, you are promoted to Welder at $22 per hour.
