Cox Fleet invites candidates to enroll in the FleeTec Academy, a paid educational program leading to a full-time Diesel and Trailer Technician role. The program covers fundamentals of diesel and trailer repair, with tools provided and lessons in safety and maintenance.

Participants are paid during the five to seven weeks of classroom training, with travel and lodging covered and a path to a mobile technician role in their market after graduation. DOT and background checks apply.

Qualifications

• Desire to start a career as a Diesel and Trailer Technician.
• Willingness and ability to study hard for extended training.
• Passion for fixing vehicles and learning hands-on skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site preventative maintenance and general repairs at customer locations.
• Follow program training to become a Mobile Technician in your market.
• Participate in classroom and hands-on training as part of FleeTec Academy.
