Job summary

Achieving True Self (ATS) is seeking individuals for the role of Behavioral Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). The position offers paid RBT certification training within the first month, with hourly pay ranging from $19 to $26 for direct billable hours and paid training time.

ATS provides bi-weekly pay, benefits, and growth opportunities while supporting your development in Autism services across home, school, or community settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle required.
• Evening/afterschool availability preferred.
• Basic computer skills (Windows and Google products) expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to children with autism using evidence-based strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under supervision.
• Teach communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills in various settings.
• Collect data on client progress and adjust support strategies.
• Collaborate with a clinical team to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
