Achieving True Self (ATS) seeks an entry-level RBT to support children with autism across home, school, and community settings. Paid training, monthly supervision, and a pathway to RBT certification are provided to empower growth and impact.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED minimum.
• Experience with children or disabilities is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
• Evening/after-school availability preferred.
• Familiarity with Windows and Google products.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to children with autism using evidence-based strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under supervision.
• Teach communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills in various settings.
• Collect data on progress and adjust strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with a clinical team to ensure high-quality care.
