Ideal candidates have hands-on installation skills, reliability, and strong customer communication. Training is provided; there are year-round project opportunities based on demand.

Formación

• Previous installation/hand-on trade experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and develop installation skills.
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
• Able to work safely on ladders and lift/install materials.
• Strong attention to detail and practical problem-solving.

Responsabilidades

• Install blinds, shades, shutters, and other window coverings according to job specs.
• Take accurate measurements and ensure proper fit and function.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and ladders safely and effectively.
• Review work orders and installation instructions before beginning work.
• Troubleshoot installation challenges and propose solutions on-site.
• Communicate professionally with customers throughout the installation process.
• Protect customers' homes and maintain a clean work area.
• Complete assigned jobs accurately, efficiently, to a professional standard.
• Travel to customer locations throughout Rochester and surrounding areas.
