Job summary

Heartland ABA in Chanute, KS is seeking part-time ABA aides to provide one-on-one services in clients' homes or community settings, using evidence-based interventions to support independence. Training is provided, and no prior experience is required.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 12pm–3pm, offering flexible hours for students. You will collaborate with families and a clinical team, record session data, and contribute to helping children with Autism reach their full potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must complete the 40 Hour RBT Training before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
