Job summary

Heartland ABA in Iola, KS is seeking part-time ABA assistants to provide one-on-one services in clients' homes or community settings. No prior experience is required, because paid training is provided and opportunities to advance exist within the growing ABA field.

You will record session data, implement skill-building plans, and collaborate with families and the clinical team to improve outcomes for children with autism. Schedule is Monday and Thursday 10:00am–12:00pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must complete the 40 Hour RBT Training before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
