Job summary

ATG Entertainment is seeking an Intern to join our Theatre Operations team in New York City. The role offers hands-on exposure to preparing, planning and executing Broadway performances, with responsibilities spanning office support, patron communications, and department process organization.

The internship runs Spring 2027 (January 4–May 20, 2027) for about 16–20 hours weekly, with shifts split between home office and theatre environments.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive time management.
• Ability to walk up and down stairs and stand for shifts.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor's Degree in Theatre Management, Performing Arts or related field preferred, or current enrollment in related program.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Office 365) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide general office support and customer service to patrons via phone and email.
• Organize department processes and assist with printing and design projects.
• Run errands and assist house managers at theatres; perform other administrative duties.
