Qualifications

• Enrollment in university or gap year required.
• Fluency in English and German required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel/PowerPoint skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Executive Office of the Vice President of Logistics.
• Organize management workshops and onboarding.
• Manage Supply Chain intranet page and support culture initiatives.
• Organize cross-functional meetings, collect KPI data, and prepare presentations.
