Job summary

Goodwill NYNJ invites student interns to participate in a paid summer internship under DVRS Pre-Employment Transition Services in Newark, New Jersey. The program targets students ages 14 to 21 who are currently enrolled in school and have an IEP/504 plan or medical documentation, with DVRS registration.

Internships run for up to six weeks, up to 20 hours per week, with bi-weekly pay. Interns will attend work readiness classes before and during the internship and will build employment and

• High School Student aged 14–21 with IEP/504 or medical documentation.
• DVRS registration required.
• Must be able to travel and work in community settings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality and security of customer records and documents.
• Will receive supervision from the Coordinator of Pre-Employment Services as needed.
