Job summary

Lifetime Benefit Solutions, Inc. offers a 10-week paid Summer College Internship Program designed for undergraduate and graduate students.

You will participate in development workshops, work on meaningful projects, and be mentored by your manager throughout the summer. Interns can explore tracks across Business Administration, IT, Actuarial, HR, Analytics & Data, Communications, Finance, Marketing & Sales, Project Management, Clinical Studies, Customer Experience, Digital Operations, and more.

Qualifications

• Majors in Computing Sciences & Information Technology (or similar).
• Preferred cloud experience (Azure/AWS) and coding tools (Git, Github Copilot, AI tools).
• High School diploma with ongoing full-time college enrollment.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to interact with diverse audiences.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team and establish good working relationships.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and using a desktop computer in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Support development team by implementing and testing application enhancements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and code reviews.
• Collaborate with teammates on technical discussions and project delivery.
• Produce presentations on internship work upon completion.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policy and values.
• Regular attendance and willingness to perform other duties as assigned.
