Job summary

Lifetime Benefit Solutions, Inc. offers a 10-week paid Summer College Internship Program for undergraduates and graduates.

Interns work on meaningful projects, are mentored by managers, and participate in development workshops focused on key business concepts across tracks such as Business Administration, Information Technology, Analytics & Data, Marketing, and Operations. The program runs from the first Monday in June to the second Friday in August, up to 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Pursuing undergraduate or graduate degree in a relevant field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to take trainings in survey design and data analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support primary research projects to improve health plan performance.
• Develop surveys, analyze data and report findings.
• Work with mentors on strategic projects and deliver presentations.
