Job summary

Lifetime Benefit Solutions, Inc. offers a 10-week paid Summer College Internship Program designed for undergraduate and graduate students. Interns participate in development workshops, network with colleagues, and work on meaningful projects across tracks such as Business Administration, IT, Actuarial, HR, Analytics, Finance, Marketing, and more.

Mentorship is provided throughout the summer, with up to 40 hours per week. Housing is not provided.

Qualifications

• Majors in Business, Management, Finance, Actuarial, Supply Chain, or similar programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Experience using Microsoft Office in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Support RFP/I activities, evaluate vendors and spend categories, lead sourcing initiatives.
• Compile and report supply chain spend analytics and identify new suppliers.
• Create and deliver a presentation upon internship completion.
• Work with a mentor and support key strategic projects.
• Complete assignments based on business needs and priorities.
• Deliver presentations at internship completion and uphold company values.
