Protective is seeking a Summer 2027 Intern to join the Sales team in a fast-paced, client-focused environment at the Corporate Office in Birmingham, AL. The 8-week internship provides hands-on experience in sales operations, broker outreach, prospecting, pipeline management, and market research.

Open to undergraduate or graduate students, candidates should be pursuing Business, Marketing, Sales or related fields and have basic MS Office skills, strong communication, and the ability to multitask.

Qualifications

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support broker outreach, prospecting efforts, and relationship-building activities
• Assist with meeting coordination, follow-up communications, and pipeline management
