Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited nursing program (BSN or ADN)
• Completion of junior year of a Bachelor’s Nursing Program or 2 clinical semesters, graduating by May 2028
• Enrollment and active participation in an approved internship co-operative course
• Must be able to commit to 30-36 hours/week
• Students with full/part-time summer class loads will have adjusted hour requirements and must be able to commit to 32 hours every two weeks

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on clinical experience under the direct supervision of a licensed RN
• Interact with interdisciplinary teams across hospital settings
• Explore clinical specialties while building confidence and professional identity
