Job summary

WSFS Bank is offering a 2027 Summer Internship Program designed for ambitious college students; this paid, 10-week program provides project work, mentorship, executive exposure and professional development across multiple bank departments.

Participants will gain hands-on experience in Corporate Communications, Growth Marketing and Brand Marketing, with one-on-one mentorship, networking events and opportunities to lead small projects.

Qualifications

• Must be an undergraduate student returning to studies after the internship.
• Available for full-time, 40 hours/week, June to August.
• Must be able to participate in both in-person and virtual interviews.
• Must be able to work on-site up to 5 days per week.
• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency; excellent oral and written communication.
