Job summary

Yellowstone Landscape is recruiting for the Summer 2027 Internship Program. This paid, full-time internship offers hands-on exposure across the landscape industry at branch locations nationwide.

Participants will rotate under a Branch Manager and an Account Manager mentor, engaging in leadership development and real-world experience across operations, admin, and sales throughout the summer.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in college or recent graduate.
• Interest in landscape industry.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Willingness to learn and hands-on attitude.

Responsibilities

• Work with crews and gain hands-on landscape operations experience.
• Learn management, admin, and sales roles.
• Participate in branch meetings and financial/operational understanding.
• Develop leadership, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Build professional relationships across Yellowstone interns.
• Attend professional development and learning sessions.
