Job summary

Yellowstone Landscape invites college students and recent graduates to join the Summer 2027 Internship Program. Interns will rotate through landscape operations, management and sales, guided by a Branch Manager and an Account Manager who mentors them throughout the summer.

Participants gain hands-on experience across various landscape disciplines, learn safety, scheduling, customer service and branch operations, and develop leadership skills for a future in the green industry.

Qualifications

• Pursuing degrees in plant-related fields or business disciplines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and hands-on attitude.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across landscape operations, management, administration and sales with a mentor.
• Learn safety practices, crew management, scheduling and quality control.
• Gain exposure to branch meetings and operational/financial aspects of the business.
• Develop leadership, time management and problem-solving abilities.
