Job summary

Yellowstone Landscape is seeking college students and recent graduates for its Summer 2027 Internship Program. This paid, full-time internship provides hands-on exposure to the landscape industry across our many branch locations nationwide, with a rotational schedule and mentorship from a Branch Manager and an Account Manager.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree or recent graduate in a landscape-related field.
• Interest in multiple landscape sector areas (operations, design, maintenance).
• Willingness to learn and contribute in a team setting.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside crews and experience landscape operations firsthand.
• Learn the day-to-day responsibilities of management, administrative, and sales teams.
• Gain exposure to safety practices, crew management, scheduling, quality control, and customer service.
• Participate in branch meetings and learn how finances and operations are managed.
• Develop leadership, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Build relationships with Yellowstone Landscape professionals and other interns across the company.
