Job summary

Yellowstone Landscape, the nation's largest privately-owned commercial landscaping company, is recruiting for Summer 2027 internships across branch locations. This paid, full-time program offers hands-on exposure to landscape operations with mentors and a rotational schedule.

Interns gain experience in management, administration, sales, and field operations, with opportunities to develop leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• College students or recent graduates for Summer 2027 internships.
• Interest in multiple landscape industry aspects.
• Willingness to learn and work with mentors.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside crews and experience landscape operations firsthand.
• Learn the day-to-day responsibilities of management, administrative, and sales teams.
• Gain exposure to safety practices, crew management, scheduling, quality control, and customer service.
• Participate in branch meetings and learn how we manage the financial and operational side of the business.
• Develop leadership, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Build relationships with Yellowstone Landscape professionals and other interns across the company.
• Participate in professional development, networking opportunities, and company-led learning sessions.
