Job summary

Yellowstone Landscape is recruiting for its Summer 2027 Internship Program. This paid, full-time internship offers hands-on exposure to the landscape industry across 22+ states with branch locations nationwide.

You will rotate with a mentor, gain experience in management, administrative and sales areas, and may receive a housing stipend for relocation. Leadership development and networking opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• Student or recent graduate pursuing related fields listed in education.
• Interest in learning multiple aspects of the landscape industry with a strong work ethic.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside crews to gain hands-on landscape operations experience.
• Learn management, administrative, and sales responsibilities.
• Gain exposure to safety practices, crew management, scheduling, quality control, and customer service.
• Participate in branch meetings and learn financial and operational management.
