Job summary

Yellowstone Landscape offers a Summer 2027 paid internship across nationwide branches. The program provides hands-on exposure to landscape management, construction, design, irrigation, and sales with mentorship from a Branch Manager and an Account Manager.

Interns will rotate through operations and office environments, gain leadership and time-management skills, and may receive a monthly housing stipend if relocating. The internship is full-time and paid at $18.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Pursuing degrees in Plant Science, Horticulture, Agriculture, Landscape Management, Urban Forestry, Construction, Landscape Design or Architecture, Business or related fields.
• Curiosity, hardworking, eagerness to learn.
• Internship available across Yellowstone locations nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside our crews and experience landscape operations firsthand.
• Learn day-to-day responsibilities of management, administrative, and sales teams.
• Gain exposure to safety practices, crew management, scheduling, quality control, and customer service.
• Participate in branch meetings and learn how we manage the financial and operational side of the business.
• Develop leadership, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Build relationships with Yellowstone Landscape professionals and other interns across the company.
