Job summary

Excellus BCBS in the United States is offering a paid 10-week Summer College Internship Program for undergraduate and graduate students. Interns work on meaningful projects, are mentored by their managers, and participate in development workshops to bridge school to corporate life.

Interns may explore tracks in Business, IT, Actuarial, HR, Analytics, Finance, Marketing, Project Management, and more. Housing is not provided; up to 40 hours per week, starting in June.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree program.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Team player with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support key projects as assigned by management.
• Obtain a full picture of the affiliates and their operations.
• Create and deliver presentations at internship completion.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies.
• Attend development workshops and participate in mentor sessions.
