Marsh McLennan Agency is offering a Summer Internship Program in Yakima, WA. The role requires in-person work Monday–Friday and provides mentorship, training, and hands-on projects across risk management, client service, operations, sales, and analytics.

You'll work with multiple teams on diverse projects, gaining practical experience while developing a professional network. The program includes national and regional classes and a paid hourly wage of $18.85.

Qualifications

• Overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above at the time of application and start date.
• Applicants must have legal work authorization in the U.S.
• All academic grades considered.

Responsibilities

• Real experience - No coffee fetching. You’ll gain real world resume building experience and understand career options.
• Partner with teams on creative and diverse projects to develop MMA’s brand.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support the MMA department’s mission and vision.
• Provide meaningful support to directors, sales executives, and client relations staff to enhance new business and retention opportunities.
• Play an active role on the team and grow your network with your manager, mentor, and other interns.
• Participate in national and regional classes to learn about MMA and the industry.
• Cultivate industry relationships by meeting with our industry partners to grow your professional network.
• Paid internships: hourly wage is $18.85 per hour.
