Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree.
• Academic concentration relevant to Business, Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong academic performance and interest in a fast-paced business environment.
• Interest in private equity, investment management, commercial real estate, finance, operations, or related areas; prior CRE experience not required.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist with department-specific tasks and ongoing projects.
• Gather, organize, validate, and analyze financial, market, and property data.
• Build and update financial models, reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Support research and synthesize findings to inform decisions.
• Review information for accuracy and maintain high-quality work standards.
• Identify observations and opportunities and communicate findings to the team.
• Present completed work and recommendations to managers and project leaders.
