Job summary

Lifetime Benefit Solutions, Inc. offers a 10-week paid Summer College Internship Program designed for undergraduates and graduates.

Interns participate in development workshops, work on meaningful projects, and are mentored by managers, gaining exposure to various tracks including Business Administration, IT, Analytics, HR, Finance, Marketing, and more. Interns may work in either technical or non-technical areas with workshops to ease transition from school to corporate life.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or in teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform legal research and legal writing.
• Support process improvements in the legal department.
• Collaborate with mentor and support strategic projects.
• Deliver work products aligned with business needs and priorities.
• Create and deliver presentations at internship completion.
