Lifetime Healthcare Companies is offering a 10-week paid Summer College Internship Program designed for undergraduate and graduate students. Interns participate in development workshops, are mentored by managers, and contribute to meaningful projects across multiple tracks.

Interns gain exposure to business, IT, analytics, and health-related fields, with a focus on health equity and population health. Housing is not provided, and remote work may be possible on a case-by-case basis.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and proof of continuous college enrollment.
• Enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate degree program.
• In good academic standing and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently and within teams across departments.
• Experience with MS Office and desktop computing in a professional setting.

• Follow-Up Analysis of Community Health Interventions.
• Framework Development for Understanding Health Disparities.
• Educational Programming for Health Equity Awareness.
• Health Equity, Population Health, and Quality Landscape Analysis.
• Community Advisory Group Review and Assessment.
• Community Health Need Assessment Review and Recommendations.
• Work with a mentor on key strategic projects.
• Complete work assignments per business needs and priorities.
• Perform a mix of technical and non-technical tasks across projects.
• Create and deliver presentations at internship completion.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold company values and code of conduct.
• Regular and reliable attendance is expected.
• Performs other functions as assigned by management.
