The program covers non-technical and technical tracks across Business Administration, IT, Analytics & Data, Marketing, and more. Housing is not provided; interns work up to 40 hours per week with a focus on professional transition.

Qualifications

• Public Health, Psychology, Business Analytics, Market Research, Business, Mathematics, Marketing, Statistics or similar program(s)
• Basic experience in survey design, data analysis, and report writing is preferred
• High School diploma with continuous college enrollment
• Good academic standing with strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work well in a team
• Experience with Microsoft Office and using a desktop computer in a professional setting

Responsibilities

• Conduct primary research projects to improve health plan performance.
• Develop and field simple surveys, perform data analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with team members to develop recommendations.
• Work with a mentor on strategic projects and deliver presentations.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company values and code of conduct.
• Support various assignments based on business needs and priorities.
